Misleading information
I received an email from Food City as a regular customer to participate in a survey. I completed the survey and was informed I would receive a 24 pack of food club bottled water, and even was shown a picture of the appropriate water with a purple shrink wrap added to my value card.
I have been to multiple Food City locations and they never have the 24 pack of bottled water in a purple food club wrap. The only purple wrap bottled water is a 32 count, so I guess that was just a way for survey's to be completed with no reward. The cashier called the manager after she took my drivers license for a 6 pack of beer,because she didn't think it was me in the photo on my driver's license,because I had glasses on but not in the photo!! I even took them off so she could my face Said I was suppose to have my photo taken with glasses,lol didn't have to wear them at the time of the photo what does that matter any way,I don't wake up every morning sit my driver's license on the bathroom sink and duplicate what i looked like the day of that photo,the manager said yes thats her,she still was arguing with him,then i paid with 2 $20 bills she checked them by marking x's on them both laid them down the counter looking at them even after she put them in her drawer kept looking at them like the pen mark was suppose to turn black!
I don't like being treated like common criminal when I get groceries I have never stolen any thing in my life,I have never printed fake money or had a fake ID!!
SHE NEEDS TO LEARN HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS IF SHE IS GOUNG YO CONTINUE WORKING THERE OR ANY WHERE ELSE. SHE IS LUCKY I WAS PATIENT AND DIDNT GET REALLY OFFENDED BY HER ACTIONS!
